Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with JarvisCodex. If the product does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • You must provide a reason for the refund request so we can improve our product.
  • Refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@jarviscodex.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. After cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • The desktop application continues to work for local-only features.

Non-Refundable Items

  • AI provider API costs (charged by OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. directly to you via BYOK).
  • Subscription periods beyond the 14-day refund window.
